The Prospecting System

Prospect-Pro provides insurance and financial advisors with 150 "pipeline filling", demographically targeted and totally exclusive, hot prospects to work with every 4 weeks. Because Prospect-Pro's prospects are totally local, you'll be connecting with new clients as close as 10 miles from your home or office.....what could be easier than that?

Whether you sell life insurance, annuity products, long-term care, reverse mortgage or all of the above, Prospect-Pro has your next customer. You simply specify the audience you want to work with, the geographic area you want to prospect, how far you’re willing to drive, and the system does the rest.

Each week, Prospect-Pro will notify you of just a few simple tasks that need to be completed through the powerful Prospect-Pro Control Panel. The Control Panel gives you a one-stop management utility for administering your Prospect-Pro account and includes many useful modules to assist with your sales success.

Week 1:

The Prospect-Pro Control Panel

Prospect-Pro utilizes the proven method of direct-mail to get you in front of new clients. Direct-mail works; and we take full advantage of this marketing technique. In the first week, you will mail out a professionally, pre-written introduction letter, introducing yourself to all 150 of your prospects as a local advisor of insurance and financial services. You can use the letter(s) we provide, one you have written, or easily select from one of dozens available in our extensive library of sales documents.

The system will provide you some simple mailing options, and then dynamically combine your prospects and letters. The end result is 150 customized letters, which you can print yourself and mail, or select to have us print, fold, and mail for you.

Week 2:

In the second week, you will be following up on the first weeks mailing. Prospect-Pro will automatically prompt you to contact each prospect where a phone number has been provided. We only provide numbers if they are not on the national DNC registry. The system automatically provides you with a pre-written phone script to help you during your call. As you work with the follow up, you can input information for that prospect directly into the CRM component of the system. You can easily schedule appointments, input notes, and edit the prospect's details.

Week 3:

Professional Sales Documents

If your prospect hasn't replied to one of your prior contact efforts, in the third week you will be provided another letter for another mail-based follow up. The system knows which prospects require the follow up, and those that do not, so you will not be wasting any time.

Week 4:

By now, your prospect will know who you are and what you are offering. If another follow up is required, the system again prompts you to call, telling you exactly what to say to get that appointment.

These repetitious communications are key to getting in front of the prospect, and Prospect-Pro is the ultimate tool for making that happen.

You may also subscribe to longer durations including 3, 6, and 12 month programs. These programs are designed for the Advisor who wants to invest in a long-term market building opportunity, and maximize ROI.

Prospect Pro has partnered with the nation’s leading providers of consumer data to provide the most accurate and responsive prospects possible. Based on the line of business you select, the system will automatically model the available names to select those with the highest likelihood of responding to your offer. We have leveraged some of the best minds in the insurance and financial industry to select just the right mix of households with the highest likelihood of responding. We use age, home owner status, household income, presence of children and more. These demographics all change according to the line of insurance you select for your specific prospecting program.

Once you are provided a prospect, that prospect is yours and yours only for as long as you remain a subscriber. We do not resell prospects to other Advisors in your area, which means you will have a distinct competitive advantage. Not only are you building a never-ending pool of new opportunities to work, but your competition is being locked out from working those same customers.

The Advisor's CRM provides you with the fundamentals you will need for effectively managing the information behind your prospect, leads, clients, and referrals.

Many CRM's require extensive setup, administration, and updating. The primary reason for this is that they are built to work with just about any industry. The Advisor's CRM was designed with the Financial Advisor in mind. The solution is simple to use, and doesn't require an MBA or IT professional to work it. Adding notes, tracking sales, scheduling appointments and events, and updating contact details takes just seconds.

As you work with your prospects, the Advisor's CRM actively tracks your activity, and prompts you when it is time to act. You will never forget an important date such as an anniversary, birthday, or upcoming policy renewal again!

The Web Landing Page

Sometimes, prospects are interested in your services, but do not necessarily want to jump right into a phone call or commit to a face to face appointment.

Included in your Prospect-Pro package is the Advisor's Web Landing Page. This online web form allows prospects to input your unique ID code (provided to them in your letters), and easily request more information about you or your services. You can select from one of several template designs, and customize the page to meet your needs.

Once a prospect has completed the short 2 minute form, you are instantly notified via email or text message. Imagine the power of never missing out on a hot lead again!

The Documents Library

Prospect-Pro includes access to letters and phone scripts designed for your target market. You can use any of the systems pre-written documents, or upload your own. You can even use the built in editing feature to modify a document as you see fit.
